Customer Service

Buying Online:
Buying from our Kukri Online Shop couldn't be easier.  Choose the products you are interested in, select your size and enter the quantity.  Then click the "Add to cart" icon. 

Items will be added to your "Shopping Cart" and you will be given the option to "Continue to Shop" or "Checkout & Pay" after each product purchase.

If you change your mind on a product or need to adjust the size after hitting the "Add to cart" icon, you can amend this from your "Shopping Cart". You can also remove a product in the "Shopping Cart" section.

Voucher Codes can be added and applied to your order in the “shopping cart”.

If you experience any problems using the shop, please send a screenshot and full details of the problem to hkshop@kukrisports.com and we'll do our best to help you complete your order.

Purchasing, Payment & Taxes
When you have completed your shopping experience you can proceed to the purchase and payment stage by clicking "Checkout" on any of the shop or product pages. The information you provided when you registered will be automatically populated in the appropriate fields. You may change this information manually if required.

Credit & Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards for payment. All payment is due in full at the point of purchase.

If you are placing an order from outside HK, your credit card company will convert the transaction total to the currency of the card. (Example: You are a US resident; your credit card company will convert the charge for the purchase into US dollars on your statement).

Product Out Of Stock
In the rare event a selected product is not in stock at the time of purchase, Kukri will contact you within 2 working days of the purchase to advise you and provide the next available delivery date or offer you an alternative product or the opportunity to cancel your order.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from point of purchase, unless where otherwise stated

Handling and Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the parcel, and the destination of delivery. Handling charges will be part of your total order cost and will be indicated as a delivery charge on your total purchase detail which appears prior to the entry of your credit/debit card details.

All deliveries to addresses within Asia will be delivered within 7 working days from order placement, unless where otherwise stated. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to all other international addresses.

Please note that Kukri is not responsible for any additional duties or fees associated with international orders.

NB: Orders placed on Fridays, at the weekend or on public holidays will not be dispatched until the next working business day.

As we would like you to receive your parcel as soon as possible, please note that our courier service deliver 'Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm'. If you will be at your work place during this time, please consider selecting your work address as your shipping address. All orders will require a signature.

All deliveries within Hong Kong will be a flat rate of HK$30.

Returns & Replacements

 

Return Items

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on the Kukri online HK7’s shop,  you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund or exchange.

We exchange any unworn and unwashed items that are in their original condition with a copy of your original invoice. Refunds are made to the original payment method – we are unable to offer a refund back to another payment card. Due to hygiene reasons undergarments (pants/boxers/tights/leggings) are non-returnable under any circumstance. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip fully intact.

We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been personalised e.g. with name printing or badges. If you have any questions please contact hkshop@kukrisports.com

Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original packaging. Goods will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

 

This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.

Please return the goods to us stating what the issue is, you can email this to us if you prefer hkshop@kukrisports.com. If you request a refund, we will refund you by the method used to pay for the order (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage. Please note that if your item is over 6 months old, it is no longer covered by our Faulty Goods policy. This is in line with Trading Standards guidelines which stipulate that any fault in garments that are over 6 months old (from date of purchase) is considered to be wear and tear rather than a fault with the item. 

If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you return something due to it being faulty we refund the costs or contact us on hkshop@kukrisports.com and we can arrange collection for you. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
